Erica Jordan serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Strata Skin Sciences. Ms. Jordan brings  25 years of leadership experience across the healthcare, dental and aesthetics industries, with a track record of accelerating growth, leading business transformations and building highly engaged, performance-focused organizations. Throughout her career, she has held executive leadership roles with responsibility for businesses ranging from approximately $30 million to more than $1 billion in revenue.

Prior to joining Strata, Ms. Jordan served as Chief Commercial Officer of Revance Therapeutics, where she led the company’s commercial organization and supported the launch and growth of its aesthetics and therapeutics portfolios. She previously held senior executive and commercial leadership roles at Envista Holdings, Philips Healthcare, Siemens Healthcare and GE Healthcare. Across these organizations, she led global and regional businesses, developed and executed growth strategies, launched innovative healthcare technologies and built customer-centered commercial capabilities.

Ms. Jordan is known for translating strategy into execution, developing strong teams and creating cultures grounded in accountability, collaboration and employee engagement. She has spent her career advancing healthcare solutions that support providers, improve the patient experience and deliver sustainable business growth.
